Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website audienceblueprint.pro and your relationship with Audience Blueprint Pte. Ltd. ("Audience Blueprint", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Singapore under UEN 203108293K with its registered office at 30 Cecil Street, #19-08 Prudential Tower, Singapore 049712. By accessing audienceblueprint.pro or engaging our audience programmes, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. About Audience Blueprint
Audience Blueprint is a B2B audience strategy agency providing research-led strategy, segment mapping, persona architecture, targeting layer planning, audience diagnostic sessions, segment testing coordination and strategy blueprint deliverables for brands in Singapore and the wider APAC region. We operate from our Cecil Street studio at Prudential Tower. Audience Blueprint is not a recruitment agency, not a job placement service, not a headhunting firm, not a career coaching provider and not an employment marketplace. The `.pro` domain reflects professional audience strategy work for business audiences — segment mapping, message-market fit analysis and audience intelligence that internal marketing teams can act on.
Our agency team delivers Singapore B2B research, blueprint grid frameworks and targeting layer documentation. We advise on audience strategy; we do not hire staff on behalf of clients, source job candidates or guarantee commercial outcomes from audience programmes.
2. Website use
You may access and browse audienceblueprint.pro for lawful purposes related to evaluating or engaging our audience strategy agency services. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that violates applicable Singapore law or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, systems or networks.
- Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code.
- Scrape, crawl or systematically extract content from the website without our prior written consent.
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Audience Blueprint or use our branding without permission.
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through our contact form.
- Submit recruitment requests, CVs, job listings or employment-related enquiries mischaracterised as audience strategy work — our contact form subjects (Blueprint enquiry, Audience programme request, Corporate strategy retainer, General inquiry) are intended for B2B audience strategy discussions only.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to audienceblueprint.pro for users who breach these Terms.
3. Service engagements
Descriptions of audience programmes, service formats, indicative pricing ranges, blueprint grid methodology overviews and deliverables on audienceblueprint.pro are for general information only. They do not constitute a binding offer. A formal engagement begins only when both parties sign a written scope document or service agreement specifying deliverables, timelines, fees, research depth assumptions and terms.
Audience programme engagements — including audience planning sprints, fixed strategy projects, corporate strategy retainers and advisory sessions at our Cecil Street studio — are governed by the signed agreement between Audience Blueprint and the client. In the event of conflict between these website Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement prevails for that engagement.
Strategy blueprint deliverables, segment mapping outputs and persona architecture documents are produced within agreed scope. Additional research depth, expanded segment testing or revised targeting layer requirements beyond the signed scope may incur additional fees subject to client approval.
4. No guaranteed outcomes
Audience strategy outcomes depend on market conditions, research depth, budget, message execution and how segments respond over time. Audience Blueprint provides research and targeting support but does not replace client internal decision-making. We expressly do not guarantee:
- Sales figures, revenue targets, pipeline conversion rates or deal closure volumes.
- Follower counts, subscriber growth or social media audience metrics.
- Viral reach, trending performance or media coverage.
- Advertising return on ad spend, cost-per-acquisition improvements or channel efficiency gains.
- Search engine rankings, organic traffic volumes or lead generation volumes.
- Return on investment, market share growth or any specific growth rates attributable to audience programmes.
- Employment outcomes, hiring success or workforce composition changes — we do not provide recruitment services.
Case metrics, statistics, segment testing illustrations and anonymised examples on audienceblueprint.pro are provided for context only. Past programme outcomes do not predict future results. Message-market fit recommendations require client execution across channels; Audience Blueprint documents the targeting layer but does not control client campaign deployment.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients engaging Audience Blueprint audience programmes agree to:
- Provide timely access to existing audience intelligence, brand guidelines, subject matter experts and approval stakeholders necessary for segment mapping and persona architecture delivery.
- Review and approve deliverables — including blueprint grid documents, audience diagnostic summaries and targeting layer schedules — within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure that materials, data, customer lists and instructions provided to Audience Blueprint do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights or violate applicable law, including PDPA requirements for Singapore B2B research involving personal data.
- Maintain final decision-making authority over audience targeting, channel spend, message execution and campaign publication — Audience Blueprint advises and delivers research-led strategy within scope but does not override client governance.
- Facilitate access to stakeholders for audience diagnostic interviews and segment testing feedback where scoped in the engagement agreement.
- Pay invoices according to agreed payment terms specified in the engagement agreement.
6. Intellectual property
All content on audienceblueprint.pro — including text, graphics, logos, blueprint grid frameworks, persona architecture methodology descriptions, targeting layer diagrams and site design — is owned by or licensed to Audience Blueprint Pte. Ltd. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from website content without our prior written consent.
For client engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables (strategy blueprint deliverables, segment mapping documents, persona architecture files, audience diagnostic reports and similar outputs) is specified in the signed engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their business purposes upon full payment, while Audience Blueprint retains rights to underlying methodologies, templates, blueprint grid frameworks and research-led strategy processes used across programmes.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat non-public information shared during audience programme engagements as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or the information is already publicly available. Audience Blueprint will not disclose client confidential information — including proprietary audience intelligence, unreleased segment mapping outputs or internal message-market fit assessments — to third parties except as necessary to deliver scoped services (for example, engaging subcontracted research specialists under confidentiality obligations) or as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, Audience Blueprint Pte. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of audienceblueprint.pro or any audience programme engagement, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, failed segment testing outcomes or reputational harm.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from website use or a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Audience Blueprint for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim, or S$5,000, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Singapore law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Audience Blueprint Pte. Ltd. from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of audienceblueprint.pro, or your provision of materials to Audience Blueprint that infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law or breach PDPA obligations in connection with Singapore B2B research activities we facilitate on your behalf.
10. Third-party services and links
audienceblueprint.pro may reference or link to third-party platforms, research tools, analytics services or advertising channels discussed in targeting layer planning. Audience Blueprint is not responsible for the availability, policies or practices of third-party services. Segment testing performance and message-market fit results depend in part on third-party platform policies, algorithm changes and market dynamics beyond our control.
11. Termination
For website access, we may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. For paid engagements, termination rights and notice periods are specified in the signed engagement agreement. Upon termination, each party's accrued rights and obligations survive, including payment for work completed, confidentiality obligations and intellectual property provisions. Partially completed strategy blueprint deliverables will be handled according to the engagement agreement.
12. Force majeure
Audience Blueprint shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, third-party platform disruptions, research participant availability constraints or other force majeure events. We will notify clients promptly and work to minimise impact on audience diagnostic schedules, segment mapping milestones and blueprint grid delivery timelines.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or use of audienceblueprint.pro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct negotiation, contacting [email protected] for website matters or the designated account manager for engagement disputes.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were last made. Material changes will be posted on audienceblueprint.pro. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Active client engagements continue under the Terms in effect at the time of signing unless otherwise agreed.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
